  • The period of engagement for the above posts will be 1 year and up to a maximum period of FOUR years (including initial period) on extendable basis only, based on the Organisational requirement and individual performance.
  • Candidate must possess minimum ONE-YEAR (01) POST QUALIFICATION (ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION) EXPERIENCE in the relevant Industry / Office as on 14.02.2024.
  • One Year completed Apprenticeship Training will be considered as Experience.
  • Experience in relevant Defence Labs / Industries (which is associated with relevant weapon system development) will be given preference.
Salary of BDL Recruitment  2024

  • Project Engineer (s) & Project Officer – The selected candidates shall be paid Rs.30,000(1st Year) ,Rs. 33,000(2nd Years),Rs.36,000(3rd Year) & 39,000 (4th Year).
  • Project Diploma Assistant(s) & Project Assistant(s) – The selected candidates shall be paid Rs.25,000(1st Year) ,Rs. 26,500(2nd Years),Rs.28,000(3rd Year) & 29,500 (4th Year).
  • Project Trade Assistant(s) & Project Office Assistant(s) – The selected candidates shall be paid Rs.23,000(1st Year) ,Rs. 24,500(2nd Years),Rs.26,000(3rd Year) & 27,500 (4th Year).
  • In addition to the consolidated remuneration to above post(s) an amount of Rs.10,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like Medical Insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance etc.
