Experience for BEL Recruitment 2024
- For Trainee Engineer-I, a minimum of 06 Months of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is required as of 01.02.2024.
- For Project Engineers-I, a minimum of 02 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is required as of 01.02.2024.
- Trainee Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 02 years and may be extended upto a maximum of 01 year (including the initial period) based on project requirements and individual performance.
- Project Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 3 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 01 year (including the initial period) based on project requirements and individual performance.
- Selection will be through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test. The venue for the Written Test/ Interview will be at Bengaluru.

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2024
- The Trainee Engineer-I shall paid at Consolidated remuneration per Month as 1st year – Rs. 30,000/-, 2nd year – Rs. 35,000/- & 3rd year – Rs. 40,000/-.
- The Project Engineers-I shall paid at Consolidated remuneration per Month as 1st year – Rs. 40,000/-, 2nd year – Rs. 45,000/-, 3rd year – Rs. 50,000/- & 4th year- Rs.55000/-.

- For Trainee Engineer Candidates belonging to the General/ OBC/ EWS category are required to pay Rs. 150/-
plus 18% GST as an application fee.
- For Project Engineer Candidates belonging to the General/ OBC/ EWS category are required to pay Rs. 400/- plus 18% GST as an application fee.
- Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
- The application fee should be remitted through SBI Collect (online).

Age Criteria as of 01.02.2024
|
- For the post Trainee Engineer-I the maximum Age limit for Unreserved/EWS candidates is: 28 Years
- For the post Project Engineer-I the maximum Age limit for Unreserved/EWS candidates is: 32 Years
- The Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is upto 5 Years.
- The Age relaxation for OBC candidates is upto 3 Years.
- The Age relaxation for PWD candidates is upto 10 Years.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates as per the rule.
- Candidates seeking age relaxation will be required to attach a copy of the necessary certificate along with the application and provide it in original in case of selection or provide at any subsequent stage of the process for verification.
