  • The selected candidates shall paid under pay matrix Level-2 (Rs.19900-63200) specified in Part-A schedule of CCS (Revised Pay) rules 2016 plus admissible allowances.(Rs.5200-20200) pay band-01+ Grade Pay-1900 under pre-revised scale.
Important 
  • Candidates should have valid Driving  Lisence  for light & Heavy Motor vehicle.
  • Knowledge of motor mechanism.
  • Experience of driving light & Heavy motor vehicle at least 3 years.
  • Desirable Qualification : 3 years of service as Home Guards or Civil volunteers.

Application Fee for Postal Department Driver
  • For General Candidates Rs.100/- Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of Manager Mail Motor Service Kanpur, Payable at Kanpur HO should be enclosed as Application fee.
  • SC/ST and women candidates are not required to pay application fee.
Age Criteria
  • The minimum age for the candidates is 18 years.
  • The minimum age for the candidates is 27 years.
  • The upper age relaxation for the OBC candidates is upto 03 years.
  • The upper age relaxation for the SC/ST candidates is upto 05 years.
  • The upper age relaxation for the Central Government servant is upto age of 40 years.
  • The upper age relaxation for others is as per the rule.
