Salary: 

  • Selected candidates under Cat-II will be paid in Level-3 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC with basic pay of Rs.21700 and other allowances as applicable.
  • Selected candidates under Cat-I will be paid in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC with basic pay of Rs.35400 and other allowances as applicable.
  • Selected candidates under Scientific Assistant-C will be paid in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC with basic pay of Rs.44900 and other allowances as applicable.
  • Selected candidates under Assistant Grade – 1 will be paid in Level-4 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC with basic pay of Rs.25500 and other allowances as applicable.
  • The Employees will be governed by the National Pension System.
  • Only passed-out candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates waiting for the final result need not apply.

  • For Scientific Assistant – B & Scientific Assistant – C, the Application fee for Only Male candidates belonging to General/EWS/ OBC  Rs.150/- .
  • For other posts, the Application fee for Only Male candidates belonging to General/EWS/ OBC is Rs.100/-.
  • Application Fee is exempted for Female Candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Serviceman Dependent of Defence Personnel killed in Action (DODPKIA) and ‘employees of NPCIL’.
  • Mode of Payment is online I.E State Bank Collect link provided on the website after final submission of the online application.
Age Criteria
  • The minimum age for the post is 18 years.
  • The maximum age for the post Stipendiary Trainee / Technician – B (ST/TM Cat-II) is 24 years.
  • The maximum age for the post Stipendiary Trainee / Scientific Assistant – B(ST/SA Cat-I)) is 25 years.
  • The maximum age for the post Scientific Assistant – C is 35 years.
  • The age limit for the post Assistant Grade – 1 is 21 years to 28 years.
  • Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is up to 05 years.
  • Age relaxation for OBC candidates is up to 03 years.
  • Age relaxation for others is as per the rule.
